As you can see in the image above, some of the key pillars were prioritizing the right projects, allocating the right resources, cooperating the right way, and qualifying with the right insight – and how, of course. Innovate to excite

The change project was complex and the first challenge was to reduce complexity to ease communication. A compelling name and clear core story were created to align communication and engage all affected employees.

Also, a recognizable and easily decodable visual framework was developed to give the change project a communicating identity.

The project group and their network were equipped with D.I.Y. presentation tools and templates to tailor their messages to specific parts of the organization.
