Right now, we are looking to further strengthen our Digital Experience Team with a Senior Employee Experience Advisor.

Who are you?
You know what it takes to create meaningful and relevant experiences using a broad variety of digital channels. You are a thought leader when it comes to research, data analysis, and design ideation, and believe these elements are prerequisites for creating great digital experiences.

You’ve probably focused on user experience or customer experience in an agency or corporate setting for quite some time, and you know exactly how to inspire people.

You value people, service design processes, and tools, and you thrive creating insights, big and small. You’re always curious and find new ways to deliver relevant solutions, labelling yourself a pioneer. You want to put your experience into play in a fairly new and rising area of experience design within employee communication.

If you are familiar with SharePoint and Office 365 and can advise on communication and business strategy based on quantitative and qualitative data, that is certainly a big plus.

We imagine you have a strong track record of working with international clients in a rapidly changing environment – and that you find energy together with both the team and the clients.

An in-depth understanding of what drives engagement and the ability to combine business acumen and analytics into innovative solutions is the essence of what we are looking for in our new colleague. Furthermore, since all our projects are developed in close collaboration with our clients and in-house teams, a strong team-player profile is an absolute must.

We expect you to have a relevant master’s degree. An international background and/or experience is also a plus, and excellence in written and spoken English is a must.

Your role
As a Senior EX Advisor with our Digital Experience Team you will work with some of the most exciting and successful organizations in Denmark. More specifically, you will:

  • Work closely with the rest of the team to develop innovative employee experiences, communication concepts and campaigns – mainly with a digital experience focus.
  • Drive our insights-oriented approach to building great experiences.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with clients and develop new project openings.
  • Provide simple resolutions to employee analytics/data complexities (i.e. descriptive statics, T testing, etc.) which require a study of situational factors, collecting information from several sources, and provide reporting/analytic deliverables (i.e. tables, graphs, recommendations, etc.) in a consultative manner.
  • Define campaign targets, perform measurements, and test methodologies.
  • Advise senior level managers on employee communication strategy and activation based on data and analytics interpretation.
  • Work with web solutions, Office 365 and SharePoint analytics to set up and determine the approach and delivery of all aspects of an internal communication campaign, including reporting, data management and targeting to best meet campaign and business objectives and improve the overall employee experience.
  • Manage deliverables, time and budgets to meet client expectations within tight deadlines.
  • And not least, craft a lot of great employee experiences yourself!

All our senior advisors take active part in running and managing projects, building and maintaining client relations, and developing our services within employee communication.
